My #Early21daysChallenge (Day 1)
Everyone has Faults and Imperfections! but If you at least give a thought to improve yourself,You are already one step Ahead of millions of the people and all you need to do is taking more steps towards your Goal !
After trying so many times to improve myself I always ended up becoming the same lazy girl again.I admit that I am a super lazy girl and I always end up pampering myself and end up with nothing.
So I finally decided to give it one more try.This is for the first time I am challenging myself.May be this was the thing that I was missing all these times I tried.
This for a fact that I will never ever stop giving myself chances again and again.I might fail this challenge but all I am trying is to be as much as strict I can be towards me.All I can hear is my inner self saying that You can’t.
There are times when I felt that I just CAN’T and I ended up being the best.So Why can’t I beat this challenge!! Yes ,Surely I can Do it,I just have to have courage!
I am setting up rules for my own self for these 21 days.Before setting up rules you should have reasons for setting them up:
- Wake Up Early at 5:00 AM Daily : Sometimes I feel a day to be very small and that time I wish if I could have got few more hours to do my stuffs!Many times I woke up early and when I wake up early I feel the day to be longer than the usual.So I planned to wake up early.Also it makes us feel more fresh.
- Drink lukewarm water mixed with lemon juice and honey: As I want to lose some weight I am drinking it.
- Gyming: To be healthy and lose weight and get in shape.
- Eat proper breakfast: I have been missing breakfast since a month as I stay in a dorm I have to be punctual to not miss my meal.and As I am lazy I usually wake up late and directly eat lunch.
- Taking shower daily:I don’t mind admitting that I don’t take shower daily.Its because I am lazy and I don’t usually accept this in front of my mom as I give her excuses of saving water for my future kids 😛
- Eating a fruit daily:When I use to be at my home with my parents I eat healthy food but here at dorms I eat as much unhygienic food as I can because I usually eat outside and I don’t spend on buying fruits.
- Say NO TO JUNK FOOD and ALCOHOL and Controlling my Diet:This is the toughest part beside waking up early.Its hard for me to live without eating noodles,pizza,burgers.But I am giving it a try.I hope that I can control.I am a big foodie though,but this is all for my good.
- Drink 3 Bottles of water At least: As I am lazy I rarely fill my bottle and I drink very less water like Daily 1 or 1/2 bottle.
- Reading few pages of any non academic book:Just after I got into this university I lost interest in reading books even for studying any topic I prefer video lectures as I find it to be easy.But this thing has lead to worsening my vocabulary skills.I need to improve it as soon as I can.
- Oiling my hair twice every week: Yes!! I am lazy to oil my hair.I need good massage which I cant give it to myself,but this hair fall makes me feel sad and I was doing nothing about it till now.
So how did my First Day go ?
I thought of starting this challenge yesterday but as the weather here was too pleasant (raining and cold breeze) my bed pulled me towards it.I ended up waking at 10:30 in the morning.I felt bad about it and so I decided that from next day I will certainly do it.Today I woke up at 4:30 itself,I couldn’t sleep well because last night I was high on alcohol and weed.Thankfully no hangover,But because I was determined I went to Gym at 5:00 AM!(cleared one step) I bought fruits today! (cleared another step) and will clear all of the rest too.
The trick is ” Tapping yourself on back every time you achieve one step.This thing encourages you.”
I am writing this to you with a hope that At least one out of you, will give himself/herself a try and challenge your own self to improve.Because If a person like me..”Super lazy Ass” can try it,It would be much more easier for you!

1.you are environment friendly !! not wasting water.
2.You still smell good !!
3.You care about future generation ..soooo muchh.!!
4.You don’t want the inventions of perfumes/deodorants to go waste!! How scientists might have struggled..! o maa gosh!
5. or may be You really want a song like “smelly me.. smelly.. me.. what am gonna be feed with?
